On Wednesday, Donald Trump Jr. tweeted out the purported name of the anonymous whistleblower, whose complaint about his father’s July 25 phone call to the President of Ukraine is the heart of Democrat’s impeachment inquiry.
Donald Trump Jr’s tweet comes on the heels of his father asking the media to unmask the whistleblower.
Trump Jr. Linked his tweet to a Breitbart article that implied that the whistleblower was a pro-Democrat and anti-Trump.
“There is no Whistleblower. There is someone with an agenda against Donald Trump, What he was blowing the whistle on didn’t happen. We have the transcript of the call. This is all a farce and no Republican should forget that. @dbongino @foxandfriends,” Trump tweeted on Monday.

Donald Trump was joined at a MAGA rally in Kentucky by Sen Rand Paul and the pair urged the media to publish the whistleblower’s identity. Because here at Vozwire we believe in the importance of protecting the whistleblower’s identity we will not be sharing Donald Trump Jr’s tweet or publishing the name that the Trump’s are currently sharing.
“We also now know the name of the whistleblower… I say tonight to the media, do your job and print his name,” Paul stated during the rally.
Prior to this, the whistleblower has only been identified in a report by the New York Times as a male CIA officer who was once detailed to the White House and had extensive knowledge of Ukraine.
Earlier this week the website RealClearInvestigations named an individual in which they claimed to be the whistleblower.
Andrew Bakaj, one of the whistleblower’s lawyers, would not confirm or deny the reported name. He did state, that Donald Trump Jr. and others were endangering the person as well as the system built to protect whistleblowers.
“Identifying any name for the whistleblower will simply place that individual and their family at risk,” Bakaj said.
The whistleblower’s complaint accused Trump and other top officials in the administration of withholding nearly $400 million in military aid to Ukraine in an attempt to pressure the country into opening an investigation into Trump’s political rival Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.
