On Monday, Stephen Miller shared a photo on Twitter of a photo taken of the two during a meeting they held at Mar-a-Lago.
Miller, who was a longtime Trump advisor, gave Twitter users a look into Trump’s new workspace. However, eagle-eyed Twitter users were quick to notice that Trump had poorly concealed something on his desk.

Behind a telephone on Trump’s desk, was a glass bottle of Trump’s favorite drink Diet Coke. The bottle was clearly open and had been drunk from.
Why is a bottle of Diet Coke on Trump’s desk a big deal? Trump recently called on his supporters to boycott Coca-Cola.
Trump released a statement on Saturday calling on Republicans and conservatives to “fight back” against “WOKE CANCEL CULTURE” by boycotting Coca-Cola, Major League Baseball, JPMorgan, Delta airlines, Chase, and others that have protested Georgia’s restrictive new voting laws.

Reportedly, Trump drinks 12 Diet Cokes a day. He even had a button installed on his desk while he was in the White House that would summon someone from housekeeping to bring him a Diet Coke and open it in front of him.
Miller’s photo also =revealed a very telling piece of artwork hanging in Trump’s new office. In the corner of the room is a framed image of Mount Rushmore.

Back in 2019, Trump had a member of his staff ask South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem how to add new presidents to Mount Rushmore. Later, during a meeting with Noem, Trump asked her, “Do you know it’s my dream to have my face on Mount Rushmore?”
Also seen in the photo on a side table is a miniature statue of Trump.

Twitter users were quick to point out Trump’s hypocrisy.
“Looks like the Coca-Cola boycott hasn’t officially started yet at Mar-a-Lago. Or perhaps he has to be taken seriously not literally,” tweeted S.V. Date.

Don Moynihan tweeted, “Trump called for a ban on Coke 3 days ago. How is that going?”

Miller was not a popular face in the White House. When Susan Rice, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, moved into his office she saged the office.
Rice says that she is well aware of the “symbolism” of a Black Democrat moving into Miller’s office where he often made policies against immigrants including separating children from their families at the border. Just to prevent any bad mojo Rice has taken a few steps to cleanse and redecorate the office.

Rice has adorned the office wall with a painting from Haiti’s Caribbean nation. She has also placed several sage candles around the office.
The burning of sage has been used in indigenous people’s rituals for centuries to cleanse a person or space of negativity. It is also believed to promote both healing and wisdom.
Rice confirmed the reports of her redecorating on Saturday evening on Twitter when she shared an image of the decorative channels that she has made.

Miller had been one of Trump’s most influential advisors. He was the backbone of the hardline immigration stance that the Trump organization took. He often found himself the target of excessive backlash and criticism for the child separation policy, Muslim ban, and redirecting funds meant for the military to Trump’s border wall. A wall that Trump repeatedly promised to complete, but never really started.
Under Miller, thousands of children were ripped from their undocumented family’s arms and held in horrendous conditions at detention centers. Thousands of children still remain separated from their families as the Biden administration works to try to remedy the heartbreaking situation that Trump and Miller created.
