Donald Trump Jr’s book “Triggered: How the Left Thrives on Hate and Wants to Silence Us,” once sat in the top spot of the New York Times Best Seller’s List. The book got there because of bulk sales made by GOP organizations.
A few weeks back it was knocked out of the first place slot by “Warning” written by Anonymous, which is a bleak look at Trump’s White House written by an unknown senior member of the Trump administration.
Now “Triggered” sits at number 9 and remains degraded by a dagger symbol that marks it as being on the list only because of bulk sales.
Being knocked down the list is killing Trump Jr. especially since two titles above him criticize his father. Besides “Warning,” Michelle Obama’s “Becoming” sits at number three and has been on the hardcover’s best seller’s list for 52 weeks now.
Since the book was published Trump Jr. has spent the majority of his time promoting the book. He cannot stand the fact that the book has fallen so far, so what is a Trump to do?
Create controversy, of course, something he learned from his father, Donald Trump.
Trump Jr. went to Twitter on December 14 and tweeted out a photoshopped image of Bill and Hillary Clinton in bed with a copy of his book. Bill has a copy of the book on his side of the bed and Hillary appears to be jealous.
His tweet reads, “It’s actually the 2nd day of Christmas, it’s time to get your loved one (or anyone else) a copy of Triggered. Melt the snowflakes in your life at http://Triggeredbook.com #triggered.” The meme reads: “On the First Day of Christmas, my true love gave to me …”

Along with his misjudgment that the Clinton’s would waste a second of their time on his book Don Jr. also appears not to know when the 12 days of Christmas start.
It did not take long for Christians to blast Trump Jr. for getting it wrong because the 12 Days of Christmas actually lasts from December 25 to January 5.
The Twelve Days of Christmas is a festive Christian season that celebrates the Nativity of Jesus. The Western ecclesiastical traditions consider Christmas Day the “First Day of Christmas.”
One Twitter user posted: “I would think a good Christian like yourself would know that the 12 days of Christmas are 25 December through 5 January, but maybe not.”
