Donald Trump’s campaign sent out emails this week offering his supporters “Trump cards.” His desire for Trump fans to carry golden “Trump cards” is being widely ridiculed. Many of his critics have pointed out that the design of the card features a way far-right, or “Nazi,” iconography.
Trump’s fans were urged to choose from four golden cards with the former US president’s signature on the front in fundraising emails sent out on Wednesday, because “they ALWAYS know best,” he added.
Trump added that the so-called “Trump cards” will be “carried by Patriots all around the Country. They will be a sign of your dedicated support to our movement to SAVE AMERICA.”
According to Trump‘s campaign the “Official Trump Cards” were for “President Trump’s STRONGEST supporters”, and that he asked his fans for their advice on four designs.
“We recently met with the President in his Florida office and showed him four designs,” the email read. “Originally we were planning on releasing just one design, but when President Trump saw the cards on his desk, he said, ‘These are BEAUTIFUL. We should let the American People decide – they ALWAYS know best!'”
People who clicked on the image of the cards were redirected to a donations page and asked to contribute at least $50 to the political action committee.

An American flag background, a golden eagle, his official seal, and the words “official Trump card” were seen in the email. All of the cards have his signature on them. Yes, the word official is spelled incorrectly on the cards.
On Twitter, opponents claimed that owning the “Trump cards” was tantamount to subscribing to a cult and that the golden eagle’s imagery was comparable to that of the imperial eagle and Nazis.
