Joe Biden has at long last unveiled a nickname for his political rival Donald Trump.
Trump more often than not refers to Biden as “Sleepy Joe.” Biden shared this week that he refers to Trump as “President Tweety.”
Biden shared the nickname on Monday while speaking to the Asian American and Pacific Islanders Victory Fund.
“Trump is out there tweeting again this morning. I call him ‘President Tweety.’”
After sharing the nickname Biden stressed that Trump should be focused on instead of wasting endless hours attacking people he disagrees with on Twitter.
On reopening the country Biden asked, “How are we supposed to do that if you’re sitting on the money small businesses need? Stop tweeting about it, get the money out to Main Street.”
Trump became known during his 2016 presidential campaign as someone fond of handing out nicknames. Some of his most well- known ate “Crooked Hillary” Clinton, “Lyin’ Ted” Cruz, “Little Marco” Rubio, and “Shifty Schiff” for Adam Schiff.
Last week Biden stated that he had resisted the temptation of giving Trump a nickname. During a Vanity Fair interview, Biden referred to Trump as “a master at laying nicknames on people.”
“In terms of energy, I don’t have any problem comparing my energy level to Donald Trump, who I’m really resisting giving a nickname to,” he told the host of “Good Luck America,” Snapchat’s daily political show.
