On Thursday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) voiced her support for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decision to have the United States leave the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, allowing Putin to win.

Greene criticized the Biden administration for continuing to give Ukraine the weapons it claims it needs to stave against the Russian military invasion that started in February in a post on Twitter.
“The American people do not want war with Russia, but NATO and our own foolish leaders are dragging us into one,” Greene wrote. “A war that no one will win. Escalation over Ukraine, a non-member nation, risking nuclear war is a power-play endangering the entire world. We should pull out of NATO.”

Despite the fact that many of its members are sending Ukraine weapons to use in its conflict with Russia, both the Biden administration and NATO have decided against engaging militarily.
Additionally, this week has witnessed a substantial strengthening of the NATO alliance as the organization announced it will welcome both Sweden and Finland, two important Baltic Sea nations who have long resisted joining out of concern that doing so may irritate the Kremlin.
Greene recently made headlines when she requested prosecutions last week, claiming that people were allegedly insulting and making fun of her “using Bible verses.”

Greene requested right-wing OAN correspondent John Hines to speak with her about the vandalism of a placard against transgender people that was displayed outside her congressional office on Monday.
The member bemoaned Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) refusal to offer more security as she stood next to a banner that said, “There are TWO genders: MALE & FEMALE.”
OAN interviewed Marjorie Taylor Greene because someone defaced her anti-transgender sign.

“It seemed to be a pattern that started with seven of the different attacks and the attacks were against my Christianity,” she told Hines. “They were stickers that would go up on the sign attacking me, mocking me using Bible verses.”
“You’ve had protesters come to your office and just basically refuse to leave,” Hines noted.

“Oh yeah, we’ve had all kinds of attacks,” Greene agreed. “Sometimes I’m in here late at night and I may be here by myself and I don’t feel safe.”
Greene asserts to have located the culprit as a representative of Jake Auchincloss’ team (D-MA). However, Auchincloss has decided not to terminate the employee. Additionally, the Department of Justice declined to file any charges.
