Attorney Jenna Ellis made quite a statement earlier in the day. The legal counsel to Pres. Donald Trump and his campaign cited her religious reasons for trying to reverse results of the 2020 election.

Ellis appeared on Fox Business and expressed her optimism Monday even as they struggle to gain traction. She pointed to her faith in religion as one reason why. As they face growing odds to overturn official state totals.
She told, “You know, my life is in service and honor to the Lord Jesus Christ. And so whatever anybody else says really doesn’t bother me. I hope that I can be a light and inspiration to everyone else that no matter what anyone else says about you, it’s all about just who you are as a person and made in the image of God and in Christ.”

Then declared, “that’s ultimately at the end of the day, as long as I know that I’m pursuing truth and I’m doing the right thing for God and my country, that’s all that matters. So that’s what gives me my optimism and my hope.” This following news that Trump campaign legal team leader Rudy Giuliani had been hospitalized with covid-19.
On a related note, Raw Story reports:
California Pastor Jack Hibbs explained during a Sunday sermon that the vaccine for COVID-19 is preparing people for “the mark of the beast.” Hibbs was caught on video sobbing to his flock about the downfall of President Donald Trump’s presidency. Calvary Chapel Chino Hills pastor is scared of the coronavirus vaccine.
He preached, “Don’t be tricked in thinking, ‘Oh my goodness, the vaccine is coming and that’s the mark of the beast!’ It’s not the mark of the beast, it’s conditioning you for it. OK? But it’s not the mark of the beast. You’re gonna have a — listen that generation will willfully say, ‘I want the mark! Give me the mark!’”

Plus he argued, “They’re going to want to be loyal to him.”

‘Mark of the beast’ from Revelation 13:11-18, “Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.” Religion and Politics will always be intertwined.
