Fox News founder Rupert Murdoch turned his back on Republican President Donald Trump, it has been alleged. Inews’ David Parsley reports that Murdoch delivered some devastating news to Trump. Along with GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
Parsley reported in a piece titled, “How Rupert Murdoch turned against Donald Trump.” That Murdoch spoke to Trump earlier this week and said he was set to lose the election, but Trump was having none of it. As troubles between them apparently come to a head.
“Privately, Mr Murdoch – formerly a friend and supporter of the President – is dismayed by Mr Trump’s inappropriate conduct since the polls closed. The 89-year-old’s backing for the President has been scaled back substantially in recent months as concerns grew about Mr Trump’s erratic performance and handling of Covid-19.”
Rupert Murdoch told Donald Trump that he had lost, but the President refused to concede.

Raw Story told:
This Wednesday, Murdoch reportedly called Mitch McConnell and asked him and his GOP colleagues not to bolster Trump’s conspiracy theories about election fraud. McConnell apparently agreed, as evidenced by his Thursday morning comments where he said, “Claiming you’ve won the election is different from finishing the counting.”
Murdoch said to have triggered Pres. Trump on election night. This after Fox News called the state of Arizona for Democrat Joe Biden. Then Trump took matters into his own hands. As The Washington Examiner told Trump even reached out to Murdoch and pressed the issue.
Sources claim that Trump was raging behind the scenes. Which led him to call Murdoch and demand a retraction. Yet he couldn’t convince Murdoch to reverse the network’s decision. Though that isn’t much of a surprise.
Murdoch let it be known several weeks ago he thought that Trump would lose the presidential race. And he predicted Biden would win in a blowout. Plus it has been charged that Murdoch didn’t ever take Trump seriously. The alliance between them being strictly business. The Fox News figure apparently fed up with Trump.
